MSI Afterburner Video Capture - Codecs?

Recently started using MSI Afterburner to record, however I can't get the output files to work with Sony Vegas Pro 11 to render..

I drag the clip in, the sound works, but the video doesn't.


Anybody know of a fix? Or recommend me compatible codec?

I usually use Handbrake to convert it to a smaller MP4 file before transfering it to Vegas. I'm guessing it might be because the file type MSI AF saves in is MJPG, which is a bunch of JPGs stacked together frame by frame.
