MSI Afterburner fan settings ?

Anyone got a guide for using the fan controller on afterburner ? I just have it on auto atm should I just leave it on that ? Got 2 r9270x in crossfire and don't want the top card getting too hot .. But I'm clueless on fan profiles, any help would be much appreciated

Was reading up last night and that curved fan control seems to be the best option, anyone got any idea what I should be setting it up like ?? Cards are both at 1080/1400 MHz

Thanks , does it matter if you have it fluctuating ? I have headphones in so the noise won't bother me too much just don't want the card overheating .. What's the highest temp I should let the top card get to ?
