MSI AFTERBURNER PROBLEMS

I when over clock my xfx 4890 it wont stay stable over 920 core and 1030 memory. tryed loading the latest MSI AFTERBURNER but the voltage bits locked. how do i unlock it. ive tried it in the menu bit its still locked.

Afterburner, or any other clocking app, will only be able to adjust the voltage if your gfx bios allows it too. It sounds as if your bios is locked.

ive seen other 4890 uses using it. How do i unlock the bios?
