I have a faulty MSI 5770 hawk which I need to RMA. Sadly I bought the card from a pretty poor online retailer (the one that starts with a baby sheep...) who I suspect are giving me the run around. The price was just too tempting, one of the few times I have shopped anywhere but overclockers.
As far as I’m aware the retailer is responsible for the RMA procedure for the full 2 years of the warranty. However this retailer has told me that they are only responsible for the first year of the warranty after which MSI themselves take over. The retailer has advised me to use the MSI Online Customer Service, which after a month of posting hasn’t even been read and acknowledged by MSI (Very poor customer support online).
Does anyone have experience RMA’ing a MSI graphics card in the second year of the warranty? Or know how to contact MSI customer service. There website is for notebook/netbook/AIO technical issues only.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers
