As above anyone else having issues with CAM on the beta MSI BIOS that supports the Ryzen 3000 series?

Some software monitoring tools are incorrectly reporting 3rd gen Ryzen data.

What about Ryzen Balanced vs. Windows Balanced Plan?

By now, you may know that 3rd Gen Ryzen heralds the return of the Ryzen Balanced power plan (only for 3rd Gen CPUs; everyone else can use the regular ol' Windows plan).

I had this option with my R7 1700 are they suggesting it skipped the 2xxx series?

Hopefully my issue is linked but I think it runs deeper as my temperature is locked at 50c in CAM and doesn't move from 50c.

Could be worth trying out the latest version of Ryzen Master or CPU-Z. They're supposed to accurate from what I gather. And remember not to have more than one monitoring app running at the same time.

Some real anomalies around different software with different readings it seems.

I've found my vcore has different readings also between Cpu-z & RM. I am using a BIOS offset however so I'm thinking this may be due to that.

It seems some monitoring software triggers the CPU boost at the moment so effectively while monitoring you are never at idle.

They have a preview software available now that correctly reports temps on Ryzen 3rd Gen.
