Hi!

I just purchased this Mobo from OC and its rather nice but i'm having issues with the RAID setup, I have 5x 1Tb SATA Drives that came out of a Storage array at work and was hoping to RAID5 them for use as a backup box but in the BIOS for this I cannot see any option for RAID, I have the AHCI and IDE but no RAID... any suggestions?

Yeah, getting conflicting info from various sources, the OC Page for the item says it has RAID, so does the Manual that came with the board.. very odd.

I have just checked the manual on the msi website and there is no reference to raid function.

If you bought this product and it said there was raid on it then call them and ask them to change it, because it not as described.

Point them to the msi website for your board.

Overclockers are very helpful .

For the price you paid for that board you should go for a Z77 chipset board

Let me no how you get on.

in the bios please go to Settings -> Advanced -> Intergrated Peripherals -> Sata Mode -> select "RAID MODE" and press return, then press F10 and save and exit. Raid is now active.

I ahve jsut tested this on your board and it works.
