MSI Board Fault - RMA Issues

Has anyone dealt with MSI for motherboard RMA?

Getting the run around at the moment, board was purchased from the rainforest and MSI are telling me to go through supplier, but supplier saying warranty is with MSI.

My stepson just went through it
Msi board from amazon
Told him after having the board more than 30 days
he needed to deal with msi
Though in the end up amazon offered to refund
£100 of the original £200 immediately
No need to return the motherboard
If he didn't want to go through msi rma due to
It would take 3 or 4 weeks
According to amazon anyway
No idea if the rma process would be that long or not

Update, amazon are giving me a full refund.

The board has gone up in price so probably get a z790 now as they are cheaper.
