Looks like MSI is busy with a 4xDDR2 4xDDR3 slot motherboard as can be read on Fudzilla.

Four of the slots are for DDR2 memory while the remaining four are for DDR3 memory. We're not sure if this motherboard will actually enter production or not, but we'll try to find out more about it at Computex in little under two weeks time.
The rest of the board doesn't look all that special, as it has a single x16 PCIe slot, a single x1 PCIe slot and three PCI slots. However, it does have no less than eight SATA ports and it supports MSI's new OC Jumper which is meant to improve overclocking on its P45 motherboards.
