hi guys I am quite to new to building PC's and I am having some trouble selecting the right RAM for my new build.

This is the mobo:

I not sure if i should buy 1600 or 1333 and all the RAM i seem to find is for intel systems. I know OCZ do specific AMD ones but cant find in stock anywhere.

Any help would awesome thanks

Ps. I do not know much about timings but I am aware that MSI recommends 1.5v I think

oh sorry did not realise that was not allowed sorry. You helped me a bunch though lol because i ordered the ddr2 one which you linked ! I meant to order the c45 DDR3 lol need to cancel it now

Not hard at all, just the case of booting into the BIOS, go into the settings page - different manufacturers use different names, check of the manual will tell you were.

Scroll down to the memory voltage increase to recommended settings and do the same for the speed and timmings. The speed may be a multiplier adjust or it may give you a list of speeds to choose from.

Manual - Download > Download of manual, I do this when I do my builds, handy to familiarise yourself with the board before you get it.
