Cant say anything about MSI boards as did have only 1 in my life 
But had many Gigabyte,and more than few died in 6 months period (they we cheap P35 mobos,so maybe now Gigabyte making better stuff),aslo already sent for RMA graphics card (in my sig) which failed in 7 months time...Maybe im just unlucky lol
