MSI CPU NB/SOC Voltage

My motherboard "MSI b450m Mortar Max" runs auto SOC voltage at 1.15v-1.16v and hwinfo shows SOC SVI2 at 1.31v
My ram is 2x8gb at 3200mhz
Is this safe?

Personally wouldn't worry about it. If that's auto, then MSI have set it at that for some reason.
