MSI ECO Centre not saving settings

hi i thought msi eco centre was a nice little program just to turn off things you dont use. but it doesn't save my settings and it always disables nearly all of my motherboards usb 3 port (msi z97 xpower ac) and i cant turn them back on, i've tried uninstalling it but it just keeps whatever setting it has and so it has permanently disables allot of things on my motherboard can you please help me thanks.

Mine doesn't save either. TBH I don't think it's worth the hassle.

i Know but its disabled allot of my motherboards connections and i can't get them back, it's a pain.

I have been doing a bit of dev work on the MSI Laptops recently and still not figured this out yet. Even if you set a custom power profile in windows it seems to default back to the standard(Balanced) power settings..
