Msi Gaming app crashing on startup

As Title says tried reinstalling and using the software from the disk no change contacted msi customer support and they suggested a rma but id rather not go without my main pc over motherboard led lights but i always sell my old hardware when i upgrade so if it comes to it and i have no choice i will but this is the only problem im having everything else works fine surely 1 program crashing on startup cant be a hardware issue? also try turning off background apps no change either here is windows event log.
