msi gaming app

Does this Msi gaming app actually change anything in game defintion?
I downloaded it with the updated version of Geforce Experoence ,, i can,t see any improvement to my already meticulously groomed system.

I would very much doubt so, having never used it I can't imagine it would be able to do much to make games any better, besides tweaking settings like making sure power management was on high and disabling windows aero for example.
