MSI Gaming App

Hi guys

I've just installed an MSI 1070 gaming X and I'm having issues with the gaming app.
All I want the app for is to have the dragon logo in red to match the black and red build. It does do this but takes ages to load at start up and the app needs to be minimised each time I boot up, which is a pain.

I've downloaded the latest version. Anyone got any ideas?

If the app isn't installed, can you still run it in OC mode?

Download and update the bios to use the OC mode as default .. no gaming app needed then to run in OC mode

Thanks mate, I will try that. Is there anyway of controlling the rgb light without the app?

I have the same card and have the same problem. Given up and uninstalled the MSI Gaming App as it didn't work well with MSI Afterburner either, they were both trying to control clock and fan speeds.

I could use the MSI Gaming app to change the lighting on the card but it would never remember my settings when rebooting and like you say would pop up and require minimising every time. I'm just sticking with the white RGB light for now and hoping they improve the program!
