If this shows how much you think of your NB's to offer such a guarantee why does OCUK have no involvement in this process and cannot assist you as it is done through MSI.

Surely thats a completely false statement which should read

'I think you will find this shows you guys how much MSI think of their NB's to offer such a guarantee.*

Not sure exactly what your saying, but this is an MSI promotion and not an OcUK one, were just informing our customers of this service MSI are offering in the UK.

The quote. It's MSI's guarantee not yours so I'm saying I don't get why your saying it shows how much you think of them to offer it.
