As you can see in my mini review here I'm more than happy with mine. Ive also had comms with the rep on here and Arji is a top bloke :)

They have a long term customer as far as Im concerned.

Absolutely Finglis! A lovely fella on their facebook sent me a lovely parcel a few weeks back! It was great! I love the customer engagement that they do via social media and this forum. There are people there when you need, and i've permanently moved away from alienware now! I'm so impressed with my MSI laptop! I cant wait to crack out Destiny and GTA 5 when they come out!

If only they had the Windows key in the normal usuable place.
I'm guessing MSI is getting some pressure from the likes of Auros in the gaming laptops.

The windows key on the opposite side is a brilliant addition in my opinion. Nothing worse than knocking it mid game and minimizing.

Its annoying not having it in windows, I think they would have been better off having a way to disable it like on the Logitech G keyboards that have a switch.

It still exists and functions, its just on the right hand side of keyboard instead. I don't see the problem myself. I just see it as a benefit.

Hey Hey

The Windows button on the right side of the KB came after lots and lots of market research from gamer's ...to which is our target audience!

I think the benefits outweigh the few mins of annoyance from getting used to it.

Yes I guess we could have used a button to disable it....but then someone else may of been unhappy with having a button...to disable a button.

All in all, if you read the reviews, our SteelSeries KB's have been rated one of the best on NB's so we are quite proud of that.

And as always, there are other brands competing, like you mentioned, but this market is huge....and I am sure that we all have our own fans and customers, without really getting in each others way.

stealth

well ive just bought gs70 stealth this week ,had clevo laptop before I like it apart from windows 8.1 I was gonna buy a case for it and was surprised to find backpack inside

I do hope this isn't considered cheeky but this promotion is very tempting taking into account the impending release of new gpus (I wonder if that's why you guys planned it in advance? ;)).

Just to confirm - from reading the list of qualifying models, I take it that this GS60 is eligible?

From the T&Cs I take it that the product must be returned within the 60 days, not simply completing the returns form within 60 days?

Hi There

The GS60 IS eligible for this promotion.

You will have to register the unit with the website shown in this thread.

Than, if you decide that you would like to return this unit for ANY reason within the 60 days, you will just have to let them know, so in actual fact, you can let them know on the 59th day.

They will then arrange a collection.

please note that the unit must NOT be damaged or missing parts, as this may affect your claim. (This is pretty standard really).

Hope this helps
