Msi gaming trio underperforming

msi 3080 owner here and I'm having issues. Have a ryzen 3600 at 4.4ghz stable, 16gbs 3200mhz ram, b450m mobo, rtx 3080 msi gaming trio. Ssd for boot and 650w psu. So I've noticed that my fps seems really really low. For example the witcher 3. Everything maxed out at 2k and I'm barely getting 60fps. Looking at YouTube videos and people are getting 140-180fps. No vsync enabled, know this cause if I look at the sky it gives me 100+. Call of duty cold war maxed out 2k (no raytracing enabled) and struggle to get over 100fps. Superpostion benchmark gives me a score of 11182 at 1080p extreme which is a little low but close enough to average. I've used ddu to uninstall and then reinstalled the latest drivers with no change. Updated bios, even tried a slight underclock with no help. My temps while gaming never exceed 68 degrees. Clock hover around 2ghz.

If anyone could help me out I'd be very grateful

That's a different issue of people comparing scores. I dont want that. I'm okay with my score.
