Msi ge73 raider boot up problem

My crazy old mum has went and bought one of these and can't get it by the bios screen. It has a 1tb storage drive and an nvme for boot. But it doesn't see the nvme.

She's currently cracking up and I'm. Not sure how to proceed. Any ideas gang

Try reseating the NVME. It's possible it became loose in transit.
