MSI GS70 2PE - Need some help with the fans

So the 870M seems to love throttling but it doesnt help that my GS70's fans wont stay at 100%. Normally when gaming the left fan which I'm pretty sure is the GPU fan will ramp up and then just keep randomly turning off resulting in constant framerate variation which is really annoying.

Is there any way to override the fans to get them to just max out? I'm not bothered about noise as i wear a headset while gaming.

As per the other post, please arrange RMA. This does not matter what country you are in as it has global warranty for the first year.

Thanks for the reply. I'll do this when i'm back. Just wanted to know if there was a workaround to keep the fan at 100%. I think that's all it needs.
