MSI GS70 Memory Issue

Just a quick problem i've been having with the GS70. Memory use keeps creeping up to 98% until the laptop becomes unresponsive.

It looks like this

Sounds like a software issue somewhere BUT just to make sure, can you contact [email protected] and speak to them.

Can you see which process is actually using all the ram if you scroll down in that window?

Nope it's strange it doesn't show it.
