MSI GS702OD help

Hi, its about time got myself a new laptop and i have been putting it off for ages, anyway i've been looking at the msi laptop in the link below and also the asus (in the 2nd link)

out of those 2 which would you go for and why?

Also noticed on the msi at the bottom it says '- DO NOT re install the OS or upgrade the OS on these notebooks.' - whats that about as i am notoriously good for having to use the restore disks etc on previous computers

*edit* forgot to mention that its not for gaming, its for photo and video editing....

Any reason for not picking the P35K?

The OS thing is down to people reformatting their systems without downloading the drivers/software first.

if considering those 2 MSI has nearly double the power in GPU camp (and that is next generation in compare to 660)
I would opt to MSI
