I recently rebuilt my PC into a smaller case, and since then ive seen a drop in FPS on most games. Playing CS, i get stuttering, where the FPS isnt going below 120 (60Hz screen) but i can feel slowdowns and sluggishness.
I was watching the GPU with Afterburner, and i noticed Voltage Limit and No Load Limit values flapping between 1 and 0. What is this, and could it be causing the issues im seeing?
GPU Usage at this time was between 80 and 90% (Playing CSGO maxed @ 1080P No Vsync) and CPU was about the same...
While rebuilding, the BOIS battery was replaced, so possibly a BIOS setting?
My specs are;
MSI Z77A-G43
16GB 1333Mhz RAM
I7 2600K @ 4.2Ghz
MSI GTX 780 Lightning LE
1000 Watt Novatek Powerstation
