MSI GTX670 Power Edition fan problem

One of my fans is not spinning all the time. They both spin at startup and do the dust removal thing but eventually one of them stops. I thought it might be a power saving thing but I'm not sure. Anyone have any ideas?

That's busted. the fans use a small connector to the pcb for power, check it's in properly.

If it is I would rma the card tbh.

Yeah the cable seems to be in properly. Guess it's broken. I should have known a new build wasn't going to be without a dud somewhere.
