I was just tiding up some cables on my PC when I noticed the fans spin-up on my graphics card.
The temperature of the cards is sitting at 40 so they should be off.
Watched for a bit longer and every 35 seconds the fans spin-up for a couple of seconds.
MSI Afterburner shows the fan speed constant at 1, with no change and the RPM pulsing to about 700RPM
Is this normal or was this put in the BIOS to fix the sticky fan problem?
