Hi everyone,
My new MSI GX60 laptop arrived today! It comes with Windows 8. However, after the initial user account set up, I cannot sign into Windows at all and I get this message:
"The user profile service Service failed the log on. User profile can not be loaded."
I Googled for help but all I found was registry editing solutions, but as I can't get into Windows at all, I cannot do this. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, any ideas on what to do? I have not used Windows 8 at all yet because I can't get past this error!
