MSI H67MA-E35 Bios Beeps

Hi, I have a MSI H67MA-E35 Intel H67 Motherboard and it's under the desk at work, Now when I built it I'm sure it should start up with 2 shorts beeps then another beep.

Now it is starting with one beep? I have updated the bios around a month ago to the latest for the board.

Is there a issue with the amount of beep's?

No, one beep is very normal.
