MSI H87M-E33 question

Hello,

Just built a system using the MSI H87M-E33 mother board.

There's an option in the BIOS called "Windows 8"

It contains;

Windows 8 Features (Enable/Disable)
MSI Fast Boot (Enable/Disable)
Fast Boot (Enable/Disable)

There all disabled at the moment even though I'm running windows 8.1

Can anyone tell me what enabling theses features will do ? or what I will gain ?
