MSI Hawk 6870 problem

Hi, can anyone help me with whats going on here? Brand new card, only in PC 1 day+, going well at first, ran uniengine/3dmark fine, played some WoW/AoC testing it out etc. Exit game then get screen errors. Every reboot now goes like this,

Back on 4870 now no problems. RMA/DSR? The athlon IIs a placeholder for BD :)

Advice appreciated.
 
I thought mine was bad till i saw your post man. defo RMA that. My problems only occur in game but if yours is doing this on boot / reboot theres nothing for it but to send it back.
