I would think so yes, once the power comes out the the PSU it's all the same.

Just don't let them catch you with it. Import taxes....

There's no such thing as regional lock for graphic card :p However, do bare in mind that warranty does not cross region (so Europe MSI has no responsibility to your purchase), and bringing it back to the UK not declaring for VAT at custom is in a way tax evasion (not sure how comfortable with doing that).
 
^^^^^ Very comfortable, UK Tax is ridiculous! We are the most Taxed people on earth.
