Hi

Has anyone any experience of using MSI's CoreCell program to overclock?

It just seemed "in theory" a neat way to do it.

It's just that I've been having a GOOGLE and can't find much (any!) real information about it.

EG. What happens to the HT? and is the PCI bus locked? and what happens to the memory speed (IE. does it apply a multiplier)?

Or am I just better off having a go by hand (so to speak)?

Thanks...

Try over at the msi forums? http://forum.msi.com.tw

Thanks for that.

I've had a good read there and the consensus of opinion, is to steer clear of things like "Dynamic Overclocking" and "CoreCell".

They also have a good write of an overclocking guide for an MSI K8N motherboard. Not exactly the same board as me, but near enough and the BIOS looks identical. So I'll use that as a basis for having a go at some point.

Thanks again for the reply.
