msi k9a2 plat problem

finally completed this build
msi k9a2 plat v1.5
x2 5200 2mb l2
sapphire 4830
corsair tx650
2*2gb generic
320gb samsung hdd
22x dvd burner

for some strange reason the board refuses to turn on with the power button from case/ short jumpers
i can boot it with the onboard power button and it works seemingly flawless


also tried it with the op750 and i got the same issue

anyone have any ideas

I hate MSI, but if it works via that than use it, thats what its there for, have you connected your case cables ? they are a pain to put in the right place through

those buttons are for open systems

i intend to use it in a closed case
and it's supposed to work, it was working, don't have clue what happened

looks like rma that one or get a new one, I have a huge disliking of MSI from what happened to my K9
