one says
- Processor Clock Speed: 2.6Ghz - 3.5Ghz
other says
- Processor Clock Speed: 2.70GHz (3.50GHz Turbo Mode)

one is Windows 10 and other is windows 8.1

Hmmm, both have the same EAN code and MPN though..... seems very odd to me.
