hi guys and girls i have a standard 7970 lightning and would like to no if the 7970 boosted edition would be able to crossfire with mine.any help would be great as i have searched the web but had no success finding out any info.

Yes it would, its the same card just higher clocks. If by chance your old card wont clock as high (it will I would think) it would just run at the lower clocks.

I just revived the BE the other day and I crossfire along with the xfx black edition ..the lightning BE is a great card apart from the price, clocks very well tho
