Are these any good at overclocking? i'm thinking e5200, 4gb ddr2 1066 as i can get 2x2gb ocz reaper cheap.. budget power to replace failed Athlon XP

These can overclock but they are not brilliant, your best looking at one of the Gigabyte low end boards such as the GA-73PVM-S2 as this will give you a fair bit more flexibility.
