So I bought this motherboard and paired it with -
but I've had nothing but issues if I try and run it at xmp.
I either run it at the stock 4800mhz or gear 2 6000-6200 or I run into bsod issues or games crashing etc.
I got a QVL listed memory instead in the hopes of fixing the issue G.Skill Trident Z5 DDR5 6400 but ran into the same issues unless I run at 4800 or gear 2 6000.
Anyone else ran into similar issues? or have recommendations for the best motherboard to replace this one with, as I'm still within my return period for the motherboard.
Thank you for any help or suggestions.
I updated to the latest bios etc already, so not sure if I need to fine tune anything in the bios menu, I've seen other people have similar issues with this motherboard, so probably a widespread issue?
Ignore this if you see the post now. I cmosd the motherboard and then updated to the latest bios again and my memory is stable when running tests without any errors.
Maybe something went wrong with the initial update. But it's worked the 2nd time around.
I was about to return my motherboard so glad the issue was resolved.
