Hmm not sure? means you can buy an Intel® P45 Express Chipset and fill it with your DDR2 ram then a year down the line perhaps swap out your older DDR2 sticks for some new uBer DDR3, not sure how much better DDR3 will perform on P45 though?

Quite a lot of people go for stuff like this as the thought of changing a motherboard and installing a new O/S gives them the fear!
