MSI Mob Over current issue

So for some reason, I bought this new MSI ATX Motherboard, hooked it all up, no usbs are connected into the motherboard either.
Overcurrent has been detected on your usb device! Will shut down in 15 seconds to protect your mainboard.
Looked online and has something to do with a usb port..but none is connected so i cant see the issue from my side

And what's the PC spec?
BIOS on board?
Try booting out of the case over non conductive surface (mobo box would do).

I had a Asus B Grade board from Overclockers a little while back and had the exact same message. Looks like some clever bod had removed a jumper from the board and not replaced it.

It was labelled USB Device Power-Up (USBPWF) so might be worth checking if you have a similar jumper on the board.
