Hi guys, I'm doing a build for a friends and he's looking to spend £2500, so I want to get it right for him. We've decided on a yellow and black theme for the build and we're putting the CPU, GPU(s) and RAM under water. Gonna be using all EK blocks and fittings and using clear tubing. The motherboard is gonna be an MSI MPower as we both like the aesthetics and accents. This is all in a 750D btw.

My question is this: Is Mayhems Pastel - Sunset Yellow a good colour match for the yellow on the mobo? If not, could someone suggest an alternative?

I'm also going to be adding colour by painting the colour rings on the Corsair SP fans and re-brading all cables yellow and black.

Any help would be gladly appreciated :)

Mayhems sunset yellow is a perfect match for the mpower boards its what im using for mine

Have you considered white coolant? Yellow can be over done so easily as its a bright colour

I don't think that'll be a problem, because other than the coolant and a small amount of accents on hardware, there's not gonna be much yellow around. My plan for the individual cable braiding is to do all the wires (to each connector) black, except one or maybe two. I'm trying to follow the same black:yellow ratio that the MPower uses.

But white coolant is something I'll definitely consider, the main reason I'd be hesitant to in this particular build is that I quite like a 2-colour scheme, I find a lot of build try to use too many colours.
