msi mpower led debug code 62

when i have left my pc off till the following evening i get the debug code 62, have to reboot 2-4 times then all is well and when its been running for a bit and i have to restart i do not encounter this problem, any idea's???

mobo is z77mpower with a i5 2500k currently installed

have found this

62 - Installation of the PCH Runtime Services which is on the DXE phase

now whats that mean???

will have a look thx, looked at a few threads relating and all are pointing to gpu, this did happen with my asus board, but i just put it down to the asus cold boot problem.
