msi n460gtx hawk

can some of you people help me please i have just got a msi N460gtx hawk
can not get bring up a screen can,t get nothing the fans are running thats
all its pci express graphics card i would like this one have read good reviews
about it i have alread sent one back they sent me a nother one can,t get
nothing the power cable is plug in from the psu can you help me get going
please these are my specs.

750 watt psu
AMD Athlon )64x2 Dual core processor 5000+ 2.60 GHZ
system type 64-bit operating system
windows 7 home premium service pack 1
nvida geforce gts 250 1GB
sound card creative X-FI
ASUS motherboard M3N78-VM
I can plug my other graphic card in thats it running.

I think that card needs two 6-pin power cables to run - make sure you have both plugged in. If your PSU doesn't have a spare, then you can use an adapter depending on which other connectors you have available.

Have you got both 6pin power leads connected to the card?

So what was it? the lack of power im guessing.
