MSI new packaging is sealed?

Got a (I hope) new MSI card today from OCUK, A GT 1030 to go in a FreeBSD machine.

My issue is the box has no seal and a bit scruffy, but the packaging the gpu is in seems to have manufacturing tape on it.

Is this normal for MSI packaging to have unsealed boxes?
 
Yes, I think my last MSI card was in an unsealed box but the card itself was in a sealed anti-static bag.

Check the card for usage marks, dust etc.
