Im guessing because people dont have over 700 quid to blow on a single gpu when it is outperformed obliterated by 2 cheaper cards in Xfire/Sli.

For ultra settings 4K gaming nor compute performance it's not.

For standard gaming a 780 Ti is level pretty much but at 4K the Titan Black races ahead due to the extra VRAM.
