MSI Optix AG32CV FreeSync Problem!

I've have just got the MSI Optix AG32CV.
I have freesync enabled on the monitor, and in the software. but i still get tearing in all games.
freesync is fine on my benq 27" monitor. any idea why this is?
I tried the same DisplayPort as the benq, but still no joy.

Intel 8700k @4.6
AMD VEGA 64
16g ram
Windows 1064bit

after more testing. I notice freesync won't work anything over 120hz. any idea why?

Because it only has a DP 1.2 port perhaps.

Can you explain what you mean ?
