MSI or ASUS gtx470?

If you had the choice between the MSI gtx470 or the ASUS v2 gtx470 at the same price which would you choose?

lol i don't know why i bothered asking.
I went for the MSI after realising that the ASUS one isn't reference pcb so i wouldn't be able to add a waterblock when/if i get a spare £50.

Asus PCB has been shown to be reference anyway.

But yeh I would get the MSI IMO, the way they honour their warranty is supposedly easier and I don't want/need 3 yrs on a GPU anyway!

I would have gone for the ASUS... £8 cheaper :/
I used the EK compatibility website which didn't mention the ASUS.
Ohwell, the ASUS was from a different place and i prefer buying from OCUK so its swings and roundabouts.
