MSI P67A-C45 multiple beeps on boot

There's 2 short beeps, followed by 3 short beeps, followed by the final beep of a different tone.

I searched the forums and found a thread saying that the motherboard adds beeps for every USB device connected. So I removed the 3 USB devices, and then I get the 2 short beeps, followed by the different sounding short beep at the end.
What does that mean? There's nothing about it in the manual.

Well that's a relief.
With a completely new system, there's always the concern that 1 part could easily be faulty, and the unusual beeps just made me worry (DOA GPU didn't help).

I wasn't planning on OCing it, but I can tell you my idle temps are 30 when idle, and 50 under load (OCCT Linpack). Using A50 cooler. I'm not sure it's 100% accurate though. CPUID HW Mon doesnt work on my system, and Control Centre always shows ~30. Temps are from SpeedFan.
