MSI P6N NF680i SLI

It's the same Foxonn built generic 680i board as the others. That means it's very, very good - with everything except quad-cores. It's usually the cheapest (along with the Innovision version). If you can stretch, the EVGA clocks quads and is much, much better. Also - the EVGA support is superb.

id second that plus the evga one hasnt got silly heatpipes so cooling where needed is a lot easier

but for future proof the p35 boards are out and will be penryn compatible (ellegedly)

The scuttle-butt has it that anything with 4-phase or better power will run a Penryn. So the NVidia pattern boards would be fine. Of course we can't tell as the chips aren't out yet.
