Msi pc mate oc

Hi, I have an msi pc mate and have done so for two years now. I have ocd my Intel i5 and before that I had an i3. Everytime I start my computer and log on to windows, the computer shuts down whenever something slightly strenuous like Chrome is launched, HOWEVER when I start up and press delete to go to bios and then f10 to exit, the computer works fine all the time and it is still ocd. Any ideas why this could be? I've got used to pressing it after two years but I like the idea of not having to.

Disable hardware acceleration in Chrome and check. Uninstall Chrome completely and check. Try Firefox with hardware acceleration disabled and check.
