MSI R9 380 "No signal detected"

Just installed my new MSI R9 380 and all I'm getting on my monitor is "No signal detected".
I'm using a Corsair CX 600w PSU. The lights and fans on the GPU are on.
I'm able to unplug the GPU and get into windows and bios from the integrated graphics on the MOBO. I've changed the default graphics device to the PCI slots. I've reseated the GPU and my RAM. I'm clutching at straws now. Any suggestions?

This happened to me too until I updated the motherboard bios then it worked.

Also a setting in the bios usually that you can change from EFI to Legacy this worked for me.
