MSI RMA time

Does anyone know how long it usually take for MSI to complete the RMA process, sent my g-card away about 2 weeks ago to OCUK and havent heard back yet

From personal experience usually around 10 working days but a maximum of 28 working days

Got an email today from overclockers to say they they were replacing the card, the 6970 isn't in production anymore so they're sending me an msi 7870 black kinght....WOW must say overclockers does the best customer service i have found
